Membership & cancellation
The Listening Room is a streaming membership, separate from one-time downloads sold through the Tartaria Sound Lab shop. A membership does not transfer ownership of audio files or include future downloads.
Plans and billing
First Listen is free and requires no payment card. Meditation Access is $9.99 per month, All-Access Library is $19.99 per month, and Listening Room Plus is $29.95 per month. These USD base prices exclude applicable tax. Your final recurring total, including tax for your location, is shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
What you can listen to
Meditation Access includes the 19 original-length meditation tracks. All-Access Library adds the current Analog and Digital library. Listening Room Plus also includes the 19 extended 30-minute meditation sessions. The library may grow; a specific schedule of new releases is not guaranteed.
Cancel or change your plan
Sign in, open My account, then choose Manage or cancel membership. Stripe’s billing portal lets you cancel future renewal, update your payment method, and view invoices. If you cancel, access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also email contact@tartariasoundlab.com for help.
Withdrawal and refunds
Cancellation of future renewal is separate from any right to withdraw from a recent purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this page. To request withdrawal or a refund, email contact@tartariasoundlab.com with the email used for the membership and the date of purchase. We will review the request under the law that applies to your purchase.
